Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and name (via email/password signup or Google Sign-In).
• Your content — the thoughts, emails, and notes you capture; the steps generated from them; and your optional "My Life" context. This content exists to serve you and is never shown to other users.
• Usage signals — actions like marking a step done, stuck, or skipped, and the time of day, used solely to personalize your prioritization.
• Payment status — whether your account has Founder access. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal; we never see or store your card or bank details.

How AI processing works

When you use translation, synthesis, briefings, or voice features, the relevant text is sent to AI providers (Anthropic Claude for text, OpenAI for voice) to generate your results. These providers process the data to deliver the feature and do not use it to train their models under the API terms we operate on.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your captures, steps, or life context with third parties beyond the AI processing described above.
• We never delete your Brain Bank — unless you ask us to.

Data retention & deletion

Your content is retained for as long as your account exists (persistence is the point of ADHD-ify). You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us — we will complete it within 30 days.

Cookies & analytics

We use localStorage to keep you signed in and privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
